PAYMENTS

• If you choose to pay by cheque please allow time for funds to clear.
• We do not offer accounts - all orders must be pre-paid.
• Payment by major credit card is welcome
• Supporting identification will be required from international buyers wishing to pay by credit card.
• We do not accept credit card payments where the delivery address differs from the cardholders address.
• We do not accept credit card payments from major fraud areas such as Nigeria, Cameroon, Indonesia and Central Europe.

SHIPPING

• As this is primarily an Australian website, international shipping or postage charges are not automatically added at the checkout.  When we receive your order we will email you with the shipping cost.
• Most prices are quoted Ex-Perth WA and goods shipped by Australia Post or courier.

GENERAL

• Cancelled orders will incur a minimum fixed administration charge of AU$50 and may additionally incur 're-stocking' costs if goods have already been brought into store or prepared for delivery.

• If required, please ask for a Tax Invoice for Australian GST purposes. This is free for orders over $50 and $5 for orders under $50.

•  Australian retail buyers are afforded the protection of the relevant State Consumer Protection Legislation.

• Most of our products are covered by a one year parts warranty on a return-to-base basis. We do not cover the cost of freight in either direction for goods returned under warranty.
